Is there a hacker for hire?

I am willing to pay a hacker $1000 if he/she can help me with a problem.
This is not a set up.This does not involve doing anything illegal. It does
not involve theft, planting of viruses or causing damage of any kind. It
does not even involve unauthorized access to a computer / network system.
It does involve accessing information that I have paid for and am entitled
to from a web site that I have authorized access to through a 13 digit
access code.

Here is the problem:
I subscribe to a monthly internet newsletter for which I pay a hefty annual
fee. The newsletter is published on a different day and time each month. 24
hours before the newsletter is going to be available, I am notified by
Email, however the time that it will be released is not disclosed. I have
repeatedly unsuccessfully asked the publishers to let the subscribers know a
time it will be on line because there are people, like myself, who cannot
sit at a computer all day attempting to hit the web site at the right time.
It's a little like trying to be the 212th caller.

They take a perverse delight in keeping the time a secret and they are
arrogant about it. Now normally, I would cancel this subscription in a hot
second but it has information that I want (read need). So I am stuck. To rub
salt in the wound, I have discovered that the newsletter is made available
to a few favored subscribers as much as a day ahead of time while the rest
of us are left to play this "dial up" game all day. My problem is
exacerbated by the fact that I am often out of town on the release date
making much more difficult to continually going on line. I know the whole
thing sounds silly and stupid but that's the way it is.

Here is what I would like done:
After I access the web site using my authorization, I need someone to show
how to find where this newsletter is stored prior to being released at the
anointed, appointed time. I am entitled to receive this newsletter and, as I
said before, I pay to receive it. As far as I can see, there is nothing
illegal being done. There is no risk to the person who shows me how to do
this since I will be the one who gains access to the web site and does any
actual "hacking" that is done.

I would also be willing to keep whoever helped me on a monthly retainer in
case I had any problems in the future. If you know anyone who would be able
to help me, please get back to me as soon as you can so that a meeting can
be arranged.

I live in Miami. I will be travelling to another city on Thursday and Friday
and will make this offer at a 2600 club meeting on Friday in that city, if I
don't find someone in Miami.
